Privacy Policy
Effective date: Sep-15-2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Clifton Blake ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and
shares personal information through this website for The Pacific at 2946 Dundas St W, Toronto, ON M6P 0C7 (the
"Website"). "Personal information" means information about an identifiable individual, as
defined under Canadian privacy law.
Who handles your information
Clifton Blake is responsible for personal information collected through the Website. The
Pacific is managed by Roxborough Communities, and its leasing staff receive and respond to
enquiries sent through the Website and arrange tours.
What you send us through the enquiry form
The enquiry form is the only place on the Website where you type information for us. When you
send it, we receive:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- whether you ticked the box to receive text messages;
- the suite type, move-in timing and monthly budget range you chose;
- how you found us, and the type of tour you chose;
- anything you write in the "Anything else?" box;
- the floor plan you were viewing, if you reached the form from one;
- the page the form was on, the address of the page where your visit began, and the website
that sent you to us, if any;
- any campaign tags in the link you followed to reach the Website; and
- the date and time you sent it.
All of this is stored in Salesforce, our customer relationship system, where the leasing team
also records its follow-up. Some advertising links carry click identifiers from Google or
Meta. We do not store those with your enquiry in Salesforce, but they are kept in our hosting
logs with the rest of the enquiry, as described below.
The Website does not send you a confirmation email. A member of the leasing team contacts you
directly.
Text messages
The text message box on the form is optional. If you tick it, we record your consent to
receive text messages about The Pacific, with the date and the page you gave it on. If you
leave it unticked, no consent is recorded. You can withdraw your consent at any time by
replying STOP to any message we send. Message and data rates may apply.
Hosting and logs
The Website is hosted by Vercel, which also processes the enquiry form. Each enquiry is
written in full to Vercel's logs, including everything listed above and any click
identifiers, so that it can be recovered if it does not reach Salesforce. Vercel also keeps
standard server logs of requests to the Website, such as your IP address, browser type, the
pages you visit and the time of each visit.
Your browser's storage
The Website does not set cookies of its own. It uses your browser's storage to remember three
things:
- your cookie choice, kept until you change it or clear your browser's data;
- the campaign tags, click identifiers, referring website and first page of your visit, kept
only until you close the tab, so they can go with an enquiry you send later in the same
visit; and
- whether you closed the offer card on the home page, kept only until you close the tab.
None of this leaves your browser unless you send an enquiry, in which case the second item
goes with it.
Analytics and advertising
On your first visit, a notice asks whether to allow analytics and advertising. We use two
services for this, and neither loads unless you choose Accept all:
- Google Analytics 4, from Google, to understand how the Website is used. It records
the pages you visit and that an enquiry was sent, and sets its own cookies.
- The Meta pixel, from Meta Platforms, to measure our advertising. It records the
pages you visit and that an enquiry was sent, and sets its own cookies. Meta may use this
information to show you ads, including on other websites.
Neither service receives what you type into the enquiry form. If you choose Essential only,
or have not answered yet, nothing is requested from Google Analytics or Meta, and every part
of the Website still works.
You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
If you switch from Accept all to Essential only, the Website deletes the Google Analytics and
Meta cookies it can reach and reloads the page without either service.
Google Fonts and Google Maps
Two Google services load whatever your cookie choice. The Website's typefaces come from
Google Fonts on every page, and the map on The Junction page comes from Google Maps. In both
cases your browser contacts Google directly, so Google receives your IP address and browser
details, and Google Maps may set its own cookies.
3D tours
The 3D suite tours on the Suites and Availability pages are provided by iGuide, from Planitar
Inc. Nothing is requested from iGuide until you open a tour. When you do, the tour loads from
iGuide and iGuide sets its own cookies.
Applying for a suite
The Apply links and Applicant Login lead to the online application, run by Yardi on its
RentCafe platform (SecureCafe) at thepacificjunction.securecafe.com. Information you give there
is collected under Yardi's privacy policy, not this one. If you chose Accept all, Google
Analytics adds a linking parameter to those links so that your visit here and your visit to
the application can be connected in our analytics.
How we use your information
We use personal information to respond to your enquiry, arrange tours, keep accurate records,
understand and improve the Website and our advertising, and as the law requires or permits.
We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only as this policy describes:
- with Roxborough Communities, whose leasing staff handle enquiries;
- with our service providers: Salesforce and Vercel, and Google, Meta and Planitar in the
ways described above;
- with legal, financial, insurance and other professional advisors, and with a buyer or
successor if all or part of the business is sold or reorganised;
- with law enforcement or others where the law requires or permits it, including to
investigate fraud; and
- with anyone else you agree to.
Storage outside Canada
Our service providers may store or process personal information outside Canada, including in
the United States. While it is there, it may be accessed by the courts, law enforcement and
national security authorities of that country under its laws.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and as required by law.
Security
We protect personal information with physical, organisational and technical safeguards suited
to how sensitive it is. No way of sending information over the internet is completely
secure.
Other websites
The Website links to other sites, including the online application and our social media
pages. Their own privacy policies apply to information collected there.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to
stop contacting you, or withdraw your consent, subject to legal limits. Reply STOP to stop
text messages, and use Cookie settings to change your analytics and advertising choice. For
anything else, or to make a complaint, contact our Privacy Officer, who will respond within a
reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with its effective
date at the top.
